29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Each employer who has a workplace in which there is a potential exposure to airborne lead at any level did not inform employees of the content of Appendices A and B of this regulation:  (a) Ashley Furniture - On or about June 19, 2015, employees working in the battery charging area, cleaning the catch tray below the batteries or changing absorbent material in the tray were not informed of the contents of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025 when both the catch tray and absorbent contained lead residues.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
