29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Every open-sided floor or platform 4 feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level shall be guarded by a standard railing (or the equivalent as specified in paragraph (e)(3) of this section) on all open sides: On or about June 23, 2015, at the site, technician(s) must perform repairs and inspections to the roofs of recreational vehicles (RV). Repairs include repairing and replacing a roof, repairing air condition units. Technician(s) exposed to a fall hazard of approximately ten feet to the lower level. Or, In the alternative: 29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: Abatement certification required within 10 days after the abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
