29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean: On or about June 23, 2015, sawdust (combustible/explosive wood dust) was located on pipes and light fixtures in the ceiling, the roof structure and walls, shelving, and other horizontal surfaces throughout areas in the workplace , such as, but not limited to, Assembly and Machining (CNC, Edge Bander, Beam Saw) where wood is cut, cabinets are assembled and dust collectors are located. Employees were exposed to explosion hazards associated with combustible dust.
