29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 125 North Main St., N Brookfield, MA: On or about June 22, 2015, employees were working from a raised aerial lift, more than 25 feet above the ground below, without being attached to the boom or basket. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
