Employee is exposed to an amputation. b) Repair Area, on or about 6/24/2015: Employee operated a Bridgeport Knee Milling Machine without a guard at the point of operation. Employee is exposed to an amputation. c) Manual Machine Area, on or about 6/24/2015: Four Bridgeport Milling Machine that employee operates were not provided with a guard at the point of operation. Employee is exposed to an amputation.
