29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) 100 Bradham Drive; On or about June 18, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer permitted employees to work from a job-made work platform that was being elevated by a JLG rough terrain forklift that was not approved for use by the manufacturer exposing employees to fall hazards of up to 14.3 feet.
