29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: (a) On or about 06/17/2015 - Main plant, edging department, the aisles and passageways where a rolling cart was being used to transport glass of various sizes for processing were not kept clear of objects such as a fan attached to a pole at approximately 8.5 feet from the floor exposing employees to struck-by hazards from the falling glass.
