29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a)  Lot 45 Old Battles Village Fairhope, Alabama:  On or about June 23, 2015 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees involved in papering a roof top were using fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 10.5 feet to the ground below.     THE IBARRA CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1042116, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 30, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 24881 PLANTERS DR DAPHNE, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 908723, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 15, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 24917 PLANTERS DR DAPHNE, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 956942, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 25, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 24773 PLANTERS DR DAPHNE, ALABAMA.
