29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At Lot 30 French Settlement Daphne, Alabama:  On or about March 28, 2016 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to a fall hazard of 12.2 in that he allowed his employees to work from a walk board without fall protection.  b)  At Lot 30 French Settlement Daphne, Alabama:  On or about March 28, 2016 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to a fall hazard of 14.1 in that he allowed his employees to work from a walk board without fall protection.   THE IBARRA CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1073456, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 23, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT OLD BATTLES VILLAGE  LOT 45, FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA AND  IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1042116, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 30, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 24881 PLANTERS DRIVE LOT 9 DAPHNE, ALABAMA.
