29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about June 25, 2015 and in times prior thereto the main 480 VAC power cord energizing a SK 415 Tower crane did not have a strain relief device, located at the main disconnect, found at the base of the tower crane.
