29 CFR 1926.251(d)(6)(iii): Natural and synthetic fiber rope slings were not immediately removed from service when broken or cut fibers were present:  On or about June 25, 2015 and in times prior thereto a nylon sling with a red thread showing was not removed from service.  The sling was located at the construction site in the crawler crane area.
