29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  Trails Shop:  On or about 22 June 2015 and times prior there to, , the emergency eyewash station had not been documented as being inspected since January 2014 and the fluids were in need of sanitizer agent and changed out  exposing employees to eye injury hazards in the event that the water became unsanitary.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift.  Trail Shop:  On or about 22 June 2015 and times prior thereto, No MSDS were available on GUMOUT Carb & Choke Cleaner.  This condition exposed employees to contact with toxic, caustic or noxious substances.   The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 559342, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01 October 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Main Camp Building & Utilities.
