29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment was likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards were not so arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage: Hazcom storage locker; on or about 22 June 2015 and times prior thereto, the electrical conduit supplying power to the Hazcom locker was damaged. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards.

29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The paths to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures were not permanent, continuous, and effective. Hazcom locker; on or about 22 June 2015 and times prior thereto, the hazcom storage locker was electrically energized. Stored inside the locker was compressed oxygen, dissolved acetylene, and gasoline. Ground wire was actively charged. This condition exposed employees to fire, explosion, and electrical shock and burn hazards. The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 307506618, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 14 October 2010, with respect to a workplace located at the Main Camp.
