Generator shop; on or about 23 June 2015 and times prior thereto; a 240 volt electrical panel located outdoors on the south wall was missing a knock out plug. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.

Building 19099 carpentry shop, on or about 23 June 2015 and times prior thereto; an energized Belkin 3 foot power tap, model F9P609-03 was substituted for permanent electrical wiring. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and electrical burn hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident. Building 19126; on or about 23 June 2015 and times prior; a circuit 120 volt breaker panel was not labeled with all circuits installed. The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 559198 , citation number 1, item number 4b and was affirmed as a final order on 01 October 2012, with respect to a workplace located at the Toklat B&U Warehouse.
