29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) Hogan Creek, Contractor's trailer: On or about 23 June 2015 and times prior thereto, No MSDS were available on Jet Set Complete Concrete repair mix. This condition exposed employees to contact with toxic, caustic or noxious substances.
