AFSS, Electronics room; on or about 25 June 2015 and times prior thereto; two energized power taps were daisy chained together. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. AFSS, Equipment room; on or about 25 June 2015 and times prior thereto; an exit route was blocked. Several boxes and chairs were stored in the exit path impeding a timely egress. This condition exposed employees to smoke inhalation hazards due to delays in exiting the facility.
