29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): The clearance between scaffolds and 240-volt uninsulated power lines was not a minimum of 10 feet when scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they or any conductive material handled on them might come closer to exposed and energized power lines:   (a) Jobsite - The roof bracket scaffolding was erected approximately 1 foot from the live 240 Volt Power line.
