29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): 29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. a) Hangar facility: On or about June 30, 2015 an interior concrete pad was not maintained in good repair due to deterioration and settling. The hangar facility is used on a daily basis by industrial trucks. b) Hangar facility: On or about June 30, 2015 the exterior asphalt driveway/ramp into the building was not maintained in good repair due to deterioration and settling. The hangar facility is used on a daily basis by industrial trucks. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
