29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- West Side Of Building, 2110 Route 38 West, Cherry Hill NJ: A company employee was exposed to fall hazards when working from a JLG 400S articulated boom lift's elevated manlift basket when wearing a full body harness with both ends of the lanyard attached back to the full body harness rather than having one end attached to the harness and the other end attached to the proper tie off point(s) within the man lift basket. Condition observed on or about 06/30/15.
