29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) Lot #1 - The Retreat at Hazzard's Hill, Milford, DE - On or about June 25, 2015, the employer failed to ensure employees engaged in roofing activities used fall protection while working approximately 30 feet above the grade, exposing employees to falls. J K B Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 690678, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 4, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 28538 DuPont Blvd, Millsboro, DE.

J K B Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 690678, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 4, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 28538 DuPont Blvd, Millsboro, DE.
