29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: At 1927 South College St Auburn, Alabama: On or about June 29, 2015 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees working from an elevated truck mounted bucket had fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 14 feet to the concrete ground below.
