29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At Glenn Ave. Entrance of Academy Sports, Auburn, Alabama: On or about June 20, 2017 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure an employee working from an elevated truck mounted bucket was wearing a harness with a lanyard exposing the employee to a fall hazard of up to 21 feet to the ground below. THE EFFECTIVE SIGNS, L.L.C. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.67(C)(2)(V) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1075185, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1927 SOUTH COLLEGE ST. AUBURN, ALABAMA.
