29 CFR 1915.1001(g)(5)(ii)(B)(2): The employer used glovebags that were not smoke-tested for leaks, with any leaks sealed prior to use, to remove PACM and/or ACM from straight runs of piping, elbows and other connections. On or about 7/16/2015, in the engine room of the USS Monongahela, the employer allowed employees to use glovebags to remove PACM from piping and did not ensure that glovebags were smoke-tested for leaks prior to use.
