29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): a) The Production Area - Employees work with chemicals such as, but not limited to, Ecolab Principal cleaning product, which is corrosive and can cause severe skin burns and eye damage, and the employer did not ensure that all employees working with the Clean In Place (CIP) system were trained in the hazards of the chemicals used in the system.
