29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared: ITW COVID Security Group Inc./Cranbury, NJ- Warehouse: The employer did not establish baseline audiogram for the employee working in the grinder area. The grinder operator is exposed to continuous noise levels of: 95.9 dBA for an 8-hour TWA, which is equivalent to dose of 228.6%. Sampling time was 429 minutes. Zero exposures were assumed for all unsampled time periods. Condition observed on or about July 9, 2015.

Pedestal drills such as but not limited to: Powermatic Model No. 1150 and Model No. 1200. Condition observed on or about July 9, 2015. The Illinois Tool Works, Inc. dba ITW Muller was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212.(b) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 452233, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/03/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1320 Leslie Drive, Douglasville, GA 30134.
