29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: a) ITW Covid Security Group Inc., 32 Commerce Drive, Suite 1, Cranbury, NJ 08512, Coating department/ The employer did not protect employees from rotating parts on the Coater #1 machine, who operate and or conduct maintenance on the machine which exposed employees to amputation hazards. b.) ITW Covid Security Group Inc., 32 Commerce Drive, Suite 1, Cranbury, NJ 08512, Coating department/ The employer did not protect employees from placing their hands in or near the sharp doctor blade on the Coater #1 machine, who operate and or conduct maintenance on the machine which exposed employees to amputation hazards. Condition noted on or about 05/14/2025.
