29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Employees at Soundz Plus are using chemicals such as the adhesive Lite-Bond 2065. The employer did not develop and implement a hazard communication program to ensure that the hazards associated with the chemicals are communicated to employees through appropriate labels, that safety data sheets are maintained, and that employees are trained on the hazards. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
