29 CFR 1926.150(a)(4): Defective firefighting equipment was not immediately replaced: On or about July 10, 2015 and in times prior thereto a Kidde fire extinguisher was discharged and not replaced. The fire extinguisher was located on the 7th floor, E wing near the stairway and created a fire hazard.
