29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the construction site located at 320 Capitol of Texas Highway in Austin, Texas, on or about July 10, 2015, and in times prior thereto, a material safety data sheet was not available for employees who were exposed to flammable Sher-Wood BAC Wiping Stain containing Stoddard Solvent, exposing employees to the hazards of chemical inhalation and fire.
