29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: Construction site: On or about July 13, 2015, an employee was working on the on an aerial lift at an elevation more than 10 feet off the ground without any form of fall protection, this condition exposed employees to a fall hazard. Adobe Interiors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1045641, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 23, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1598 Onix Dr., El Paso TX 79912.
