29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be conducted by a competent person designated by the employer was not provided by the employer who was responsible to initiate and maintain an accident prevention program: a- 550 West Avenue & Along 5th Street, Ocean City NJ - A competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the worksite. Employees on this site were exposed to caught in and struck by hazards when riding, unsecured, both partially in and outside of the cab of a moving JLG Model Number G12-55A All-terrain fork truck. Condition noted on or about 07/14/15. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
