(a) Building B, 2nd Floor - On or about June 25, 2015, employees were using electrical equipment in a manner for which it was not listed or labeled in accordance with the UL listing, in that two Dewalt Drywall Screwdrivers were plugged into a 6-outlet Relocatable Power Tap (power strip) rated at 15 Amp.
