29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:      On or about July 10, 2015 the employer did not ensure that employee(s) working on the roof were provided with and required to use adequate fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards from an elevation exceeding 6 feet.    HP Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 977022, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 29, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 13001 Lost Willow,  El Paso, TX.      HP Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 951269, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 12404 Sombra Alegre Dr., El Paso, TX.    HP Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 799221, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 17, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at Hidden Creek, El Paso, TX.    HP Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 765581, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 8, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at Eary Morn, El Paso, TX.    HP Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313500209, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 25, 2011 with respect to a workplace located at 1937 Shreya, El Paso, TX.
