29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:      On or about march 08, 2017, employees were working on the edge of the flat roof of a residential building where there was no warning line and had no form of fall protection. There was a parapet but it only measured approximately two feet. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of more than six feet to the ground below.       HP Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1077625, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on December 10, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 334 Covington, Horizon City, TX.    HP Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 977022, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 29, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 13001 Lost Willow, El Paso, TX.
