29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest system:    On or about January 26, 2017 employees performing residential roofing were not provided with any type of fall protection system.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet.     The HP Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1077625, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/10/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 344 Covington Sunrise At Mission Ridge, Horizon City, Texas 79928.    The HP Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 765581, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 08, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 14379 Early Morn, El Paso, Texas 79938.    The HP Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 799221, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 13, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at13001 Lost Willow, EL Paso, Texas 79938.

On or about January 26, 2017, the employer did not retrained employees that showed inadequacies in the use of the personal fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet.
