29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59): a. On the construction site: On or about July 15, 2015, and at times prior, employees were exposed to health hazards associated with dry cutting concrete with a Husqvarna K760 portable chop saw. Baer Concrete and Excavation, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 446353, citation number 1, item number 2 a and was affirmed as a final order on 10-16-2012, with respect to a workplace located at W. Broadway and Mullan Construction Site, Missoula, MT.
