Detroit Ave. Toledo, OH; On or about July 7, 2015, the employer did not assure employees utilized energy control procedures while webbing the Baumuller Nurnberg printing press #30. An employee was attempting to web a press and activated the inch mode button resulting in a partial finger amputation.
