29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): a) A powered industrial truck (crown forklift model 30SCTT) was found to be in need of repair and unsafe in that the horn was not functioning, which exposed employees to struck by hazards as the forklift came around corners and across intersections, and it was not taken out of service until it could be restored to a safe operating condition.
