IDF2 Room, where two extension cords were daisy chained and used to supply power to computer equipment. (Item Corrected)   2. Employee Dining Room, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the Randell refrigerator and the Vector System light.   3. Employee Break Room, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the Sure Vend vending machine. (Item Corrected)   4. Laundry, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the Magic Chef microwave oven and the Sanyo refrigerator. (Item Corrected)   5.
