29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a) Exterior of Building - Right Side Scaffold: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet while engaged in masonry activities from a welded frame scaffold that was not fully planked, on or about 3/28/15. AGG Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981286, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/18/14, with respect to a workplace located at 532 Lincoln St., Palisades Park, NJ.
