29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) Exterior of Building - Right Side Porch Stairway: Employees were using an exterior stairway that did not have a handrail to access the first floor of a residential building, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet, on or about 7/11/15.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Exterior of Building - Right Side Porch Roof: Employee without any means of fall protection was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet while engaged in roofing activities, on or about 7/11/2015. AGG Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981454, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/18/14, with respect to a workplace located at 463 8th St., Palisades Park, NJ.
