29 CFR 1926.106(d): A lifesaving skiff was not immediately available at locations where employees were working over or adjacent to water: (a) Bridge Over Little Shamokin Creek - Employees worked on a bridge reconstruction 8 feet above a creek that was 5 feet deep on the North Side and they were without the benefit of a skiff on site to aid in rescue in case of a fall into the water, reported on or about 7-16-15. Abatement certification required
