29 CFR 1926.1427(f)(3): The employer has failed to ensure that while operating the equipment, the operator-in-training was continuously monitored by an individual ("operator's trainer") who meets all of the requirements as a Trainer: Worksite located at 1-80 and Old Post Road, Sidney, NE: The employer was allowing an operator who was in training to operate a crane without the direct supervision of a qualified trainer. The operator was involved in the movement of formwork for the construction of a bridge. Abatement certification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
