29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: Location: 275 Pine Street, Seekonk, MA The employer did not ensure that wheels were chocked on a vehicle that was being off-loaded with a forklift. A worker was injured when the truck moved away from the dock and the forklift that he was operating fell from the dock.
