29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2) and (h)(3) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  (a) Three temporary service employees who were potentially exposed to such hazardous chemicals as bathroom cleaners, lead, and gasoline while performing maintenance activities, as well as mowing and weed trimming work had not been provided with information and training (stipulated in 1910.1200(h)(2) and (h)(3)) on hazardous chemicals in their work area.  (b) As of July 17, 2015, the employer had not trained regular employees or temporary labor employees on the new chemical container label elements and the new format and types of information on each section of safety data sheets (SDSs). Employees were potentially exposed to such chemicals as lead, cleaners, fuels, pesticides, and tree marking paint.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
