29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: CIMCO Refrigeration, Inc., One Lemon Lane, Atlanta, GA - Refrigeration Technicians were assigned and expected to use a full face respirator for protection against ammonia. Fit test was conducted in January 2014. Fit testing had not been conducted for year 2015, on or about 7/15/15.
