29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(iii): The contract employer did not document that each contract employer has received and understood training in regards to the hazards associated with working on or around a process, covered by 29 CFR 1910.119, and the applicable provisions of the site's emergency action plan. On 7/15/15, at the Atlanta Schwan site, when charged with performing site refrigeration tech duties, the contract employer did not document that employees received site specific training for the ammonia refrigeration system including lockout procedures, emergency shut down procedures, SOP's and site P&ID's. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
