Location: 615 Ferry St., Newark, NJ.   On or about 7/20/15;    a) Employees worked at the shipping/storage area where there was a potential of an overhead structural collapse due to damaged support wood and concrete/brick columns.  The damage to the columns was caused by heavy forklift usage and lack of column guarding.
