29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: Shop: On, or about, July 24, 2015, there was poor housekeeping throughout the shop, specifically: A. Barrels and boxes of chips and shavings were stored next to the wall and against machines. B. Parts were stored on electrical equipment, including two Hevi-Duty transformer. C. Material was piled around and against hydraulic presses, limited access to the sides and backs of the machines. D. Material was stored in the aisles in the shelving area, preventing passage.
