OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were not trained on the guarding aspects of a power roller:    A) Small roller area, on or about July 14, 2015, an employee who was using a Birmingham roller machine was not adequately trained on inspecting the machine to assure that a guarding system was in place before using the machine, exposing the employee to an in-running nip point hazard.
